Disposal of bulk garbage　粗大ごみの捨て方

• Items larger than 50 cm, regardless of material (wood, plastic, glass, etc.), are considered bulk garbage.
  i.e. Mattress, drawers, mirror, cushion, futon, ladder, canvas, finess machine, aquarium, humidifier, audio speaker, massage chair, etc.
• Additionally, some items are classified as bulk waste regardless of size.
  i.e. Stove top, oil heater, musical keyboard, surfboard, kendo gears, golf set, wardrobe, tent, stroller, electric rug, etc.
  ＞ Please see the "Household waste sorting reference guide".
• Some over-sized items are NOT considered bulk garbage for a reason.
  i.e. Items listed in the Household Appliance Recycling Act (washing machine, TV, air conditioner & exterior unit, refrigirator, etc.), PC, motorcycle, piano, items removed by special contractor, etc.

• Reservation in advance is necessary!
  Collection requests surge during peak periods, such as end of fiscal year and year-end. The collection schedule fills up quickly and your collection date may be significantly delayed, so please make your reservation well in advance.
• Please double-check the phone number before dialing
  There have been excessive number of misdialed calls to other homes and businesses.
• The city cannot collect waste generated from business activities
  Please contact Matsudo City General Waste Collection Services Cooperative Union Office (047-312-2275) for information about the general waste collection companies, etc.

2. Tell the staff the following
　What is the item, and how many of each items.
　When you wish the city to collect them.
3. Take notes of what the staff will tell you
　How much is the total fee, reserved collection date,
　and reservation number.

Make a reservation via the Matsudo City Bulk Garbage Collection (Curb-Side) Online Registration
Hours: 24 hours
※ Note:
Please take note of the "Registration Number" that is displayed at the end of the online registration process, and write it on the "Bulk Garbage Ticket".
If your desired collection date is within 13 days of your reservation date, please call instead of using the online method.

• Make a reservation by the day before the date you plan to bring your garbage.
• From 8:30 AM to around 9:00 AM, garbage collection trucks will be making concentrated deliveries. During peak times, we prioritize garbage collection trucks, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in bringing your waste after 9:00 AM.
• Please bring your proof of identification (driver's license, etc.) when bringing in items.
• Unloading must be done by yourself under the guidance of staff.

※ Items under 20 kilograms will be charged at a flat rate of 352 yen (320 yen + tax).
