In order for the children and students of Matsudo City to learn through fulfilling educational activities, it is important that each and every teacher and staff member is mentally and physically healthy, have 'pride' and 'satisfaction' in their duties and work with vigor and enthusiasm.

In Matsudo City, to ensure that teachers have time to work with children and time to prepare for classes to deliver high-quality education, we send staff to support schools and provide assistance to improve school operations. In addition, each school is working to reform the work habits and attitudes of its teachers and staff.

We would like to ask for the understanding and cooperation of parents and the local community in promoting the work style reform in schools.
