Ha has been working at Matsudo City Hall as a Coordinator of International Relations. Born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam, she started to develop a huge passion for Japanese culture when she was just a middle school student. It was that passionate love that motivated her to pursue Japanese Language major at university back in her hometown.
