Here comes Ha! August 2018 Issue

With more than 2000 Vietnamese people are living and studying in Matsudo City, the city government is always thinking ways to support them to have a comfortable living here. Matsudo City is on its way to make this place a more friendly place for Vietnamese people, putting constant efforts like employing Vietnamese Coordinator of International Relations, publishing Vietnamese version of “Guide to living in Matsudo City”, and making Vietnamese version of “Matsudo City International Portal”.

As part of these ongoing efforts, this April, the City Hall was pleased to announce the start of Vietnamese consultation support. And the interpreter is happened to be my teacher when I was in university! Having met my teacher in Japan, in a new position, I feel happy and quite supprised too. We came to Matsudo hoping to build bridges between the city and Vietnamese people who live here.

If you have troubles in daily life and need to be consulted, please come to Matsudo City Hall, main building level 2 (Public Enquiries Office) on every forth Friday of the month from 13:00 to 16:00. This support desk is completely free and open to all Vietnamese people who are living or working in Matsudo City. Don’t worry and let us know your problems.

ベトナム語での外国人相談が始まりました

現在、松戸市には在住ベトナム人が2000人以上います。この数字をうけて、松戸市はベトナム人が住んでよかったと思ってもらえるよう、できることを考えています。在住ベトナム人にとって暮らしやすい市を目指し、ベトナム人の国際交流員を任用したり、ベトナム語版の松戸市生活ガイドブックやベトナム語版の松戸市情報サイト「Matsudo City International Portal」を作成したりするなど、様々な努力をしています。

その一環として、今年の4月、新たにベトナム語での外国人相談がスタートしました。偶然にも、通訳の方は私の大学の恩師です。お互いに新しい役割を担って先生と日本で会えることは嬉しくて、同時に驚きました。先生と私が松戸市に住んでいるベトナム人の架け橋になれたらと思います。

日常生活で困ることがありましたら、毎月第4金曜日の13時～16時の間に、松戸市役所本館2階にある相談コーナーに来てください。この相談コーナーは無料で、市内在住・在勤のベトナム人相談をお待ちしています。一人で悩まずに、まずは話をしてみませんか？
