The Edogawa-Matsudo Flower Line is a 2-hectare flower garden that stretches along the banks of the Edogawa River, a 20-minute walk from the west exit of Matsudo Station.
Come and enjoy the arrival of fall at the flower festival in the cosmos field, which was grown in cooperation with flower volunteers, the Junior Chamber of Commerce, local town councils, civic groups, nursery schools, kindergartens, and community members. There will be plenty for the whole family to enjoy, so come on out!

• Location: Edogawa River bank near Kamikatsushika Bashi Bridge (松戸市古ヶ崎(まつどし こがさき))
  Car & bicycle parking available
  Public transportation is recommended as car parking is limited

This event is for elementary school children, who will race wearing T-rex costumes.
Watching these little dinosaurs dash around with boundless energy is a thrilling sight that’s sure to liven up the venue!
You’re welcome to participate, or simply come and watch.

【Application Period: From 10:00 am on Thursday, October 1, 2026, to 11:59 pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2026】
Please apply via the Matsudo City Online Application System.
*User registration is required to apply.
*The application form is for individual applicants only. If you wish to apply for more than one child, please submit a separate application for each participant.
The registered participants will receive a confirmation email by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 16th.

Elementary school students between 120 and 150 cm tall

Please check in at Tent No. 32 at least 15 minutes before the race starts.

• 1st Race: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM (Registration closes at 9:45 AM)
• 2nd Race: 10:40 AM - 11:10 AM (Registration closes at 10:25 AM)
• 3rd Race: 12:20 PM - 12:50 PM (Registration closes at 12:05 PM)
• 4th Race: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM (Registration closes at 12:45 PM)
• 5th Race: 1:40 PM - 2:10 PM (Registration closes at 1:25 PM)
• 6th Race: 2:20 PM - 2:50 PM (Registration closes at 2:05 PM)

The historic festival representing Matsudo City that attracted over 220,000 people over two days last year will be held again this year!
Eat, drink, shop, participate, and enjoy two full days to the fullest.

  Chuo Koen Park, Citizen's Theater, KITE MITE MATSUDO, West Exit underground parking lot, etc.
• Access: Please use public transportations
  ※All vehicles including buses and taxis will be prohibited near Matsudo station on both days of the event between 10:30am and 5:30pm
  Please refer to the pamphlet for the vehicle exclusion zone and the temporary bus and taxi stops.
  ※Please also note that Matsudo Station West Exit underground parking lot will be closed from Friday, October 2 to 8am of Monday, October 5, 2026.

Aiming to realize "an international and creative future city that combines science, art, and nature," Science Art Festival will host special exhibitions, lectures, and workshops by the world's leading research institutions, researchers, and artists in the beautiful natural setting of Tojo Hill and the rest of Matsudo City.
We hope that your experience at the Science Art Festival will inspire you in your daily life and contribute to the further development of society and a prosperous future.

This year's theme is “Weaving the Microcosmos”.
It's the process of carefully weaving together countless invisible fragments -such as microorganisms, the history of the land, personal sensations and memories, and experiences etched into the body. Taking Matsudo as a starting point, we open up a space where different beings can meet, overlap, and transform while maintaining their individual differences and distances from one another. Together, we will weave the new microcosm that emerges from this process.

The September “Wildflower Cafe” will be held on a Friday evening.
On a September night when the lingering heat of summer is finally fading and you can feel the first signs of fall, we invite you to come to Yu Matsudo and soothe your mind and body.
Join us for tea time and chat with other guests, or simply enjoy your time however you like!

Let's make a wreath inspired by the autumn moon-viewing tradition using paper and other materials.
No reservation is required. We also have a kids' space, so please feel free to bring your children.
