Matsudo City honorary citizens　特別名誉市民

Foreign visitors who have made a significant contribution to Matsudo City and to the continuation of the Matsudo-Whitehorse sister city relationship are awarded honorary Matsudo citizenship. There are currently 13 honorary citizens, as follows -

親善その他の目的で市の賓客として来訪した外国人に対し、第2条の規定（市長が議会の同意を得てこれを決定する）にかかわらず名誉市民として、松戸市特別名誉市民の称号のほか松戸市特別名誉市民章を贈呈することができる。（松戸名誉市民条例）
