Donation to support Ukraine ウクライナ人道支援募金
Matsudo City is accepting donations to support Ukraine. Donations will be used for humanitarian aid in Ukraine through the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan.
※Non-monetary donations are not accepted at this time.
※No receipts will be issued for the donation.

Donation for Ukrainian evacuees ウクライナ避難民支援の寄附
Matsudo City is accepting donations to provide assistance to displaced Ukrainian persons in the city.
※The donations are tax deductible. There is no return gift for this donation.
※Non-monetary donations are not accepted at this time.
[Application process]
1. Download the donation application form from the Matsudo City website and fill in the required information.
2-a. Send the application form together with your contribution by registered mail.
2-b. Send the application form by e-mail, fax, or mail. A payment form will be mailed to you at a later date. Please make the payment by bank/postal transfer.
2-c. Donate in person at the General Affairs Division (4F, New Building).

申し込み方法：
1. 松戸市ホームページから寄付申込書をダウンロードし、必要情報を記入してください。
2-a. 現金書留に、現金と同封して郵送してください。
2-b. 申込書のみをメール、FAX、郵送で送付してください。
後日納付書を郵送しますので、銀行振り込みまたは郵便振替でご入金ください。
2-c. 総務課（市役所新館4階）にて、直接お申込みください。

For the support of evacuees from Ukraine in Matsudo, a telephone consultation service has been set up at MIEA, the Matsudo International Exchange Association.
The consultations received will be coordinated with the support that Matsudo City provides to the Ukrainian evacuees from a humanitarian standpoint.

Livelihood Support 生活支援
- The city provides 150,000 yen per family in livelihood support using the donation for Ukraine humanitarian aid and other means.
- ウクライナ人道支援募金などを活用し、1世帯15万円の生活支援金を支給しています。
Housing Support 住宅支援
- Five municipal housing units that have been reserved for disaster victims will be provided free of charge for a period of three months. (The period of use can be extended.)
- 災害被災者用に確保していた市営住宅5戸を3ヶ月間無償で提供します。（使用期間延長可）
