The ‘Consultation Service for Non-Japanese’ is a multilingual support service offered by the Matsudo City Hall Public Enquiries Office. The service is open to any Non-Japanese living and/or working in Japan, and is currently available in 3 languages (English, Chinese,Filipino）. Other languages are supported through mobile interpreters. All enquiries regarding city services, daily life, cultural differences, tax,household garbage,divorce,education,DV,etc. are welcomed. Your information will be strictly protected.
日常生活（にちじょうせいかつ）で困（こま）っていること、悩（なや）んでいることを相談（そうだん）できます。無料（むりょう）です。
たとえば、家族（かぞく）、家庭（かてい）、教育（きょういく）、行政手続（ぎょうせいてつづき）、仕事（しごと）、健康（けんこう）、住まい（すまい）、暮らし（くらし）、離婚（りこん）、家庭内暴力（かていないぼうりょく）のことなどです。 相談内容（そうだんないよう）の秘密（ひみつ）は守（まも）られます。
英語（えいご）、中国語（ちゅうごくご）、フィリピノ語（ふぃりぴのご）で相談（そうだん）できます。そのほかの言葉（ことば）は、モバイル通訳（もばいるつうやく）テレビ電話通訳（てれびでんわつうやく）で相談（そうだん）できます。モバイル通訳（もばいるつうやく）は、韓国語（かんこくご）、ベトナム語（べとなむご）、タイ語（たいご）、ポルトガル語（ぽるとがるご）、スペイン語（すぺいんご）、フランス語（ふらんすご）、ネパール語（ねぱーるご）、ヒンディー語（ひんでぃーご）、ロシア語（ろしあご）、インドネシア語（いんどねしあご）で相談（そうだん）できます。

相談員（そうだんいん）が話（はな）し中（ちゅう）の時（とき）は、待（ま）つことがあります。
